An Oktoberfest celebration just wouldn't be complete without a gigantic soft pretzel. Pretzels aren't baked - instead they achieve their traditional flavor from a special bath in soda water.  Our soft pretzel inspired green tea isn't prepared in a common way either. These green tea leaves are rendered brown by roasting, giving it a very distinct taste- similar to the yeast dough pretzels we have come to love.
