The signature drink of the Kentucky Derby has inspired this delicious blend.  This tea has hints of malt, soft barrel smoke, smooth caramel, and sweet spearmint. Echoing the nuance of the iconic bourbon based cocktail without the boozy side effects. 

Ingredients: black tea, yerba mate tea, apple, candy apple flavor, rose hips, cocoa nibs, Lapsang Souchong, whiskey flavor, spearmint, licorice root, cinnamon, blue cornflowers, caramel, vanilla

Mint Julep Ice Tea Recipe: 

Steep 3 tsp Mint Julep tea in 2 oz boiling water for 2 minutes.  Make a simple syrup with equal parts water and sugar. Add 8 mint leaves to the bottom of a tall glass. Muddle mint with 1/4 oz simple syrup. Fill glass with ice. Pour steeped tea into glass and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
