FAQ & Shopping Guide

We are a small, Ohio based company. While we don't have a retail brick and mortar shop, we bring the shopping experience to you. You're always welcome to shop the traditional way on our website. We also pop-up in the surrounding area at local events. Our schedule for the pop-up events is on the Home Page of our website. We also offer an unique and fun shopping experience from the comfort of your own home - via our Facebook Live Sales. 

HOW TO SHOP A FACEBOOK LIVE SALE: 

Before shopping, you must Register to shop using your FACEBOOK NAME. You only have to do this once and one time only. Please make sure this is accurate and double check your email. Click here to register. 

Click on the Facebook live video to join. Each item will be presented with a number. To claim the item, be the first to comment with the claim number. If we have limited quantity of the item, will we announce that. The first to comment is the first to claim. You may see comments appear in a different order that what we see. To be fair, we must go by what we see first. 

INVOICES: 

Invoicing will occur within 24 hours of a sale. Your invoice will be e-mailed to the addressed you Registered with (we use your Facebook Name to locate your email address in our system). This is why it is important to register using your Facebook name. Please do not claim for others, as it is too hard to keep track of. If you have not received an invoice within 24 hours, chances are you are not registered with your Facebook Name, your email was input incorrectly, or we may have made a mistake. Please do not post questions about your invoice to the wall or PM as we cannot answer them this way, instead email Orders@SubRosaTea.com 

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is due within 24 hours of invoices being sent. Non-communication is not tolerated. If you fail to communicate with us, you will be removed from the group/ page. Multiple non-payment instances, regardless of circumstance, will result in removal from this group.

SHIPPING: 

We only ship to the United States at this time. 

TAX: 

Sales tax will be added to your invoice for all tea accessories based on our location (not yours). There is no sales tax on tea. 

EXCHANGES / RETURNS/ REFUNDS: 

Due to the nature of the items that we sell, we can not accept exchanges or returns of any tea item. If you receive the incorrect tea accessory or color we can exchange them. Connect with us via Orders@SubRosaTea.com
